HEAT will be high on the footy field as Heathcote head to White Hills for a clash in Saturday\u2019s third round of the Bendigo Bank Heathcote District Football Netball League season.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a massive test for the Andrew Saladino-coached Heathcote as it strives to mark a hat-trick of victories.<\/p>\n
This match will be under the Scott Street lights in White Hills from 6.15pm.<\/p>\n
Heathcote has opened the season with wins at Colbinabbin and at home against Leitchville Gunbower.<\/p>\n
This round the pressure ramps up as White Hills marks its first home game of \u201923.<\/p>\n
The Jack Fallon and Jake Pallpratt-coached Demons are refreshed by a bye after winning the season opener at Leitchville.<\/p>\n
There is plenty of goalkicking power in the Demons and Saints line-ups.<\/p>\n
Among the recruiting coups for White Hills was luring Kaiden Antonowicz, a Ron Best medallist as the Bendigo FNL\u2019s leading goalkicker in his time at South Bendigo to the den.<\/p>\n
Also in the red and black are Liam Bartels, Mitch Dole, Brady Childs, Patrick Eefting and captain Rhys Irwin.<\/p>\n
Pressure in all areas of the ground has resulted in scores of 77 and 143 points in the Saints run.<\/p>\n
Gun forward Corey Grindlay kicked eight goals in Heathcote\u2019s win against LG and will test the Demons\u2019 defence.<\/p>\n
Back with the Saints after stints at Bridgewater and Golden Square, Liam Jacques has starred in both wins.<\/p>\n
Heathcote has Braden Padmore, Codie Price, Jesse Davies, Jordan and Kai Cavallaro, Thomas Pain and Will Long capable of winning many contests.<\/p>\n
