<\/p>\nSailors Gully is approximately 4.3 square kilometres with the population recorded at 705 in 2016 and by the 2021 Census the population was 743 showing a population increase of 5.39 per cent in the area during that time.<\/p>\n
Sailors Gully, previously called Nerring, is an outer northern suburb of Bendigo nine kilometres north-west of the city centre and immediately west of Eaglehawk.<\/p>\n
