retirement, owners Bede and Mary Gibson moved from Sydney to the property about 12 years ago and started their own private garden.<\/span><span Mr Gibson. \u201cWe saw the potential of having a big, large garden in the country and that\u2019s what we did.<\/span><span another open garden, we might ask a few sculptors to exhibit, so there was something else to do.<\/span><span one from Castlemaine, one from Daylesford, and one from Malmsbury and they all exhibited.<\/span><span again and they all said it was a lot of work for just one weekend, and I said, \u2018what if we did it over five weekends?\u2019<\/span><span annual exhibition runs each weekend until 10 December, although groups can book visits during the week.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:256}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mr Gibson said it has been popular so far, with data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cIf we get good weather, we get good crowds here,\u201d he said.<\/span><span year\u2019s display, Mr Gibson said about 70 per cent are from Central Victoria, and the remainder from other parts of Victora and NSW.<\/span><span
