Now the Saints face a big test at Serpentine this Saturday from 1.30pm and Heathcote has won on Serp\u2019s turf just three times in the past 11 years.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s match of the day as Heathcote, 64 points and +124 shots, takes on the second-placed Serpentine, 40 points, +21.<\/p>\n
The player ladder is led by Eileen O\u2019Brien, Chris Morcom and Greg Speirs on +59 shots.<\/p>\n
Brett Kelly, Adam Luxford, Frank Dimauro and Rodney Bond are on +32 shots.<\/p>\n
In the last round, Heathcote beat Eaglehawk by 19 shots on the Saints\u2019 greens.<\/p>\n

In midweek pennant, Heathcote makes its way to Harcourt for the division two match on Monday at 9.30am.<\/p>\n
The Saints match at Bendigo East last Monday went down to the last bowl, yet it was the Magpies who won 53-50.<\/p>\n
Dot Cutajar drew 14-all, Eileen O\u2019Brien won by three shots, and Lorraine Speirs was defeated, 20-14.<\/p>\n

In housekeeping news Social bowls is played on Wednesday afternoons and pennant practice is held on Thursday from 4pm.<\/p>\n
