For the Australian who has made note that individual achievements mean very little to him, a third consecutive Manager of the Month award won\u2019t change Tottenham\u2019s first loss of the season earlier this week.<\/p>\n

But for Postecoglou, who continues to dazzle the Premier League with his rhetoric and coaching philosophy, it\u2019s another achievement that will live on past his Spurs legacy.<\/p>\n

For a manager in their first season, Postecoglou becomes the first to win three consecutive MOTM awards.<\/p>\n

Only Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte have managed to with three consecutive MOTM awards, a famous list Postecoglou now joins.<\/p>\n

It follows another strong month of results for Tottenham Hotspur, who only surrendered the top of the table with a gallant 4-1 loss to Chelsea this week.<\/p>\n
