officer, Craig Niemann, the works will be the City\u2019s \u201cbiggest infrastructure project to date\u201d and will likely commence in 2025.\u00a0<\/span><span grow, an expanded gallery will be able to grow with it and have a greater ability to serve the community and remain a key driver of our visitor economy.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Still not completely funded, the gallery upgrade is estimated to cost $54 million, and municipal staff are set to apply for $15 million in grants from the Federal Government to help with the cost.<\/span><span
