chance we have of detecting hazardous substances are when it\u2019s too late. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cWe want to reiterate that overdoses and deaths to overdose are preventable, and drug testing is one way to insure against tragedy.\u201d<\/span><span other organisations have also expressed the importance of implementing a drug testing service, as have five Victorian coronial inquiry recommendations.<\/span><span
