HEATHCOTE Bowling Club will be transported back to the 1920s for a Murder Mystery Afternoon Tea on Sunday 10 November.<\/p>\n

The event is being coordinated by the Heathcote Community House and will be developed and presented by local writer Amanda Collins.<\/p>\n

“It’s going to be the fun fashion event of the year, with prizes for the most fabulous 1920s outfits,” Ms Collins said.<\/p>\n

“We will be converting the Bowls Club into ‘Heathcote Hall’, a grand manor house which harbours many secrets.<\/p>\n

“Every participant will have a personalised pack of clues and an opportunity to solve the mysteries.<\/p>\n

“There will be multiple mysteries to solve on the day, including, possibly, a fictional murder.<\/p>\n

Sylvia Crewe and her father Joe Crewe have been busy making decorations and props to transform the bowls club.<\/p>\n

“We have had a lot of fun doing it together,” Ms Crewe said. “It is going to look fantastic.”<\/p>\n

Attendees will enjoy a decadent 1920s style high tea as they solve the mysteries.<\/p>\n
