LOCALS gathered at Palling Bros Brewery last Sunday for a special Church in the Brewery service.<\/p>\n
The celebration of the Christmas season was organised by Reverend Bron Jones and her husband John Robertson.<\/p>\n
“We were very pleased to see so many people,” Reverend Jones said.<\/p>\n
“Everyone enjoyed it, and it was lovely to see both familiar faces and some new ones.”<\/p>\n
The non-denominational event celebrated the birth of Jesus.<\/p>\n
The informal congregation sang Christmas carols accompanied by Reverend Jones on flute and Mr Robertson on guitar.<\/p>\n
“It was a great Christmas celebration enjoyed by the crowd at Pallings,” Mr Robertson said.<\/p>\n
“We listened to the story of the birth of Jesus and sang a variety of favourite Christmas carols.<\/p>\n
“Rev Bron Jones from Heathcote Uniting Church and Rev Richard Bath shared stories and reflections.<\/p>\n
