HEATHCOTE Cricket Club defeated Heathcote Football Netball Club by just two runs in an exciting finish at the Heathcote Mitre10 Community 20\/20 Bash on Australia Day.<\/p>\n

The final scores were 106 runs to 104.<\/p>\n

“We raised $1300 on the day which will be shared between Heathcote SES and CFA,” cricket club president Nick Malavisi said.<\/p>\n

“A huge crowd came out to watch and support us.<\/p>\n

“It was a fantastic day made possible by great community support and excellent weather.<\/p>\n

“The kids enjoyed face painting and The Amazing Mister Mike provided entertainment with tricks and games. He was very popular.<\/p>\n

“I would like to thank everyone who supported the event and helped to make it a successful event.<\/p>\n
