Andrea is headed to divisional finals

LIMESTONE Coast Toastmasters club member Andrea Braun participated in the Area C9 contests held at Payinthi College in Aldinga, Adelaide, and her success will see her headed to the Division competition in March next year.

She took out the Table Topics category and finished second in evaluation, humorous speech and international speech.

Andrea will now compete at Division level next March in the Table Topics Contest.

She highlighted the fact that despite being the only member from the Limestone Coast Club to compete it was by no means a solo effort, ackowledging the support and encouragement of her entire club to help her achieve her results.

The Limestone Toastmasters club offers the public a fun and safe environment in which to learn or improve their skills in public speaking and also the skills in running both a General and Business meeting during their fortnightly sessions.

Limestone Coast Toastmasters will be holding their final meeting for the year on December 4and invite any interested parties to come along.

Club meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of the month at the Mount Gambier RSL on Sturt Street starting promptly at 7pm.
