Floral art workshop proves popular at Naracoorte Regional Gallery

A recent floral art workshop at the Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery produced some outstanding show worthy arrangements.

Lisa Caon, former florist and gallery board member was the expert on hand and she provided the group with hints and tips for flower arranging. Each participant took home two completed floral arrangements with flowers from their gardens. There was much swapping of horticultural knowledge, artistic advice for balance and colour and encouragement. Relaxing music was the background to the busy session.

The gallery ran the workshop in support of the Naracoorte Show’s Floral Art section although entries were optional.
