Council competition returns during whale season

Join us in celebrating the return of the whales and our diverse wildlife and nature in Glenelg Shire by sharing your whale, wildlife and wonders photos for your chance to win.

Glenelg Shire Council is running the Wild Wonders photography competition for four weeks starting Monday, 12 August.

Whether you’re here for a quick visit with a camera phone, or an extended stay and living here with a traditional camera you could win a prize for sharing your love of the wild.

The competition has fortnightly prizes of Shop Local gift vouchers of $200 for participants 16 years old and above and $50 for juniors up for grabs, all you need to do is:

• Capture an image of a Glenelg Shire’s Wild Wonders and post the image from your public Instagram or Facebook account

• Use the hashtag #GSCWildWonders

• Tag VisitGlenelgVic on Instagram or Glenelg Shire Council on Facebook

• Follow VisitGlenelgVic on Instagram
