Midwifery boost

Hawkins Medical Clinic is pleased to announce the return of Leanne Kroon to the Hawkins family.

As an endorsed midwife, Leanne will be offering comprehensive maternity care through Women’s Health @ Hawkins.

She will support antenatal patients throughout their entire pregnancy, and work alongside our antenatal GPs.

With extensive experience and a compassionate, patient-focused approach, Leanne is dedicated to providing personalised care and guidance to women at every stage of their pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and breastfeeding support.

Her return to Hawkins further strengthens the clinic’s commitment to providing high-quality, holistic care for women.

Women’s Health @Hawkins clinical director Dr Monique Kanters said they were excited to have Leanne back as part of their Women’s Health team.

“Her expertise, and caring approach are hugely valuable to both our team and our patients,” Dr Kanters said.

Women’s Health @ Hawkins started in January 2023 to cater for the needs of women and people who occupy female bodies in the Limestone Coast.

The clinic offers specialised care at every stage of life, including services for contraception, preconception counselling, antenatal care, pelvic pain, and menopause management.
