Nutritionist reaches significant milestone
FORMER Mount Gambier based Lucinda Porcelli, a weight loss powerhouse and founder of CindaFit Nutrition, is making headlines as she officially coaches her 1000th client – an incredible achievement that cements her status as one of Australia’s most influential weight loss nutritionists.
The impressive milestone comes hot on the heels of Lucinda’s first national TV appearance on Channel 7’s The Morning Show, which has resulted in future bookings which will only increase the popular coach’s profile.
Since launching CindaFit in 2017, Lucinda has transformed the lives of so, empowering women to achieve weight loss without restriction, frustration, or fad diets.
Now, as she reaches this milestone, she’s proving that sustainable, science-backed weight loss is not only possible but life-changing.
Lucinda’s career began on the frontlines as a paramedic, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of poor nutrition.
This sparked a passion for prevention over treatment, motivating her to expand her qualifications with a degree in Sports Nutrition alongside her Health Sciences and Paramedicine background.
Fuelled by the desire to help women reclaim their health, Lucinda founded CindaFit, a natural, enjoyable, and sustainable, mission-driven approach to weight loss.
By blending science-backed nutrition with practical lifestyle changes, Lucinda empowers women to achieve lasting results without restrictive diets or frustration.
“Hitting this milestone is so much more than just a number,” Lucinda said. “Reaching 1000 clients means 1000 women have rewritten their health stories, broken free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, and rediscovered confidence in their bodies— all while enjoying the foods they love.
“This is only the beginning.”
Lucinda’s signature coaching approach has set a new standard in the industry and he cookbook and recently launched app have further spread her influence on the eating habits of so many.
Unlike traditional weight loss programs and cringy ‘Bikini Body Guides’, her method is built on flexibility, fun, and real food.
One of the keys to Lucinda’s success is her unique approach to weight loss, which complements her clients’ lifestyles—whether it’s eating out or creating delicious meals at home that don’t resemble ‘rabbit food.’
In fact, Lucinda is well-known for her ‘Fake aways’—homemade alternatives to takeaway options that taste just as good, if not better.
“Most of my clients are in their mid-30s or older and often come to me after trying everything—from low-carb diets to intermittent fasting to intense fitness routines—anything to shed their excess weight,” Lucinda said.
“My approach shows that losing weight doesn’t require giving up the foods you love,” Lucinda explains. “It’s about creating a personalised meal plan that fits your lifestyle and food preferences—whether that means eating out or entertaining.”
Her impact speaks for itself, with women shedding anywhere from 4kg to 45kg and maintaining their results long-term.
Of her many clients, Suzanne, aged 62, tells a familiar story, losing 45 kilos with Lucinda’s help and keeping it off for more than four years.
“Working with Lucinda was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health and well-being, Suzanne said. “My results speak for themselves —I’ve lost 45 kg and got my life back. Aches and pains are gone, and my confidence has grown back.
“More importantly I’ve gained the know-how to maintain it, a skill I wish I had discovered sooner,” she adds.
With an ever-growing waitlist, Lucinda remains dedicated to helping women rewrite their health stories—one success at a time.
