Real estate agency wins international award

RAY White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola has returned from the recent Ray White International Awards with the International Community Service Award.

More than 3000 members of the leading property group Ray White came together and celebrated the 2025 financial year on the Gold Coast as well as celebrating the achievements of individuals and teams across the network.

These awards highlight the dedication and ambition that drive success and set new standards across the group, showcasing these achievements on a global stage.

Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola were thrilled to be honoured for their community connection, the International Community Service Award selected on the basis of the objective of the service program, activities the office participated in, monies raised or contributed as well as the benefits or outcomes to the community due to the service program and involvement.

Principal Tahlia Gabrielli said the award was a huge honour.

“But more than that, it’s a validation of our team’s hard work and commitment to our community,” Tahlia said. “For us, it’s not just about winning an award; it’s about seeing our values, hard work and contributions recognised on an international stage.

“It truly inspires every member of our team to continue doing what they do best, not just in real estate but in giving back to the community that supports us.”

Living and working in a regional community means Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola was closely connected to the people who support their business and their objective was simple but powerful – to uplift, support and strengthen their community wherever they can.

“We believe that success in business should be shared success, and that our role extends far beyond property transactions,” Tahlia said. “Our community service program and involvement is designed to align with opportunities to give back and use our business as a platform to create positive change.

In FY2024-25, Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola had many key highlights for the year including Blue Lake Carols, Mount Gambier Gold Cup, Coonawarra Running Festival, Swinging with the Stars and more.

“Our contribution goes far beyond financial support, though, showing up and being present in many other ways,” Tahlia said.

To have that commitment to the community honoured on the international stage was also as surprising as it was incredible.

“I honestly didn’t expect that we would achieve this award,” Tahlia said. “To be recognised at an international level among so many other amazing business and leaders that do so many anything things for the community is a very rewarding feeling.

“We’ve always believed that a successful business is deeply connected to the wellbeing of its community and people,” Tahlia said. “We aim to be more than just a real estate agency; we aim to be a positive force that benefits the wider community. This award is a testament to our hard work and commitment to giving back to our community.
