Robe artists hit the road
Limestone Coast artists JoJo Spook and Terry Johnson are taking their work on the road with a collaborative exhibition opening at the Fleurieu Art House in McLaren Vale, on December 16.
The Robe colleagues have created the unique exhibition titled ‘Two Friends Two Dimensions’ in an collection they describe as whimsical.
The exhibition runs until January 15.
JoJo has produced an impressive array of colourful sea-themed creatures made from upcycled materials, which will be showcased alongside sublime metal sculptures created from diverse found metal objects.
These works of art are sure to captivate the audience with their intricate designs and JoJo’s now trademark upcycling of materials.
In contrast, Terry’s vivid and lively paintings of fish and birds feature patterns, mark making, and a controlled use of brilliant colour.
