Your chance to meet with district leaders
COMMUNITY members are invited to an upcoming Mayor and CEO Drop-In Session to ask questions, share ideas, or simply have a chat about a topic or project affecting the district.
District Council of Grant Mayor Kylie Boston and Chief Executive Officer Darryl Whicker will be available to speak directly with Friday, September 19, at the Mount Gambier Regional Airport between 10am and 11am.
Mayor Kylie Boston said the session aims to create a relaxed environment where community members can chat with Council leaders.
“We want our community to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas and concerns with us,” Mayor Boston said. “Whether you have a specific question, suggestion or just want to say hello, this is a great chance to connect with us.”
Chief Executive Officer Darryl Whicker also encourages all members of the community to drop in.
“These sessions are all about listening and learning from the people who live and work in our district,” Mr Whicker said. “We welcome all feedback and look forward to some good, honest conversations with our community.”
No bookings are required, simply drop in to the Airport between 10am and 11am on September 19.
