Cooper & Campbell combine

Last week, 24 players took part in the weekly Thursday 2-4-2 game in rather bleak, windy conditions at the Millicent Bowls Club. Before going out to play it was announced that Night Owls starts on Wednesday, October 18. If any bowlers are considering attending the Country Carnival in Adeliade to please see Derek Bowering to register your name.

The winning team for last week’s 2-4-2 was Frank Cooper and Iain Campbell with a score of 33+10. Runner’s- up for the day was the team of Rob Chambers and John Scudds with a score of 33+8. Other winning teams for the day were, Ian Ross, Andre Reinders 32+7. David Reichelt Neil Whelan 32+4. Eddie Hann, Peter Scanlon 31+16 and Robert Coote, Peter Dunnicliff 31+11
