Nationals campaign well on track

Young Limestone Coast cyclist Molly Opperman has achieved an impressive second place overall in the Australian Junior Track Series (AJTS) after a strong performance across three rounds in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Competing in the highly competitive Under 15 division, which drew riders from across the country, Molly showcased her consistency and determination throughout the series. T

he final round, held in Sydney at the end of February, coincided with the National Under 15/17 Omnium, where she placed seventh.

Her strong results ensured she retained enough points to secure second place in the overall standings.

With Nationals in Brisbane approaching in late March, Molly’s training continues over the next month as she prepares to take on the country’s best once again.
