Robe patron hits the century

The Robe Bowling Club patron Vic Dawson (pictured) was a late withdrawal from the Division 2 pennant team on Saturday as he had hurt his leg splitting wood. He has been told several times since 100 year olds should not split wood. After the match he was presented with his 100 year certificate from Bowls SA and a photo of him will be hung in the Robe clubrooms to commemorate his milestone and his contribution to the Robe Bowling Club.
