Wright & Fleming duos win family shoots

Sixty-one competitors nominated for the South East Field & Game 75 target event sponsored by Pomanda White Suffolks & Ile De France, Russell Industries and Mount Gambier Rural Supplies. Weather conditions were near perfect for sporting clay shooters to tackle the course set by Ken Atkin and his crew.

Integrated into the event was the annual 2 person family team shoot sponsored by the Wright Family.

Off The Gun (OTG) winners were Chris and Declan Wright whilst the Handicap team event was won by Scott and Reece Fleming. Unusually three competitors; Dane Hastings, Ron Rhook and Leigh Dunn shot 50 targets straight.

Gambier Shooting Supplies High Gun was won by Ron Rhook after a shoot off with sponsor Dane Hastings, after both had shot 74/75.

Shoot offs were also required to determine a winner in Sub Juniors with Reece Fleming prevailing over Ethan Vearing and Kevin Dyson also needed to shootoff against John VanDooren to finish second in Veterans.
