This year the Glenelg Live4Life crew\u2019s theme \u2018Be A Light In Someone\u2019s Darkness\u2019, is all about being there for others and encouraging young people to seek help and speak up when they need it most.<\/p>\n
Each year the Live4Life Crew are engaged in designing a mental health promotion activity.This year Crew across the shire came together to create content for a mental health social media campaign including the production of a short film.<\/p>\n
With a massive shout out to their major sponsor Portland Aluminium for making this project and program possible, Glenelg Live4Life crew members have been hard at work collaborating with Powerhouse Productions to create an influential mental health promotional video to wrap up Mental Health Month.<\/p>\n
The video highlights essential self-care strategies for those who struggle to express their feelings and offers support for those helping others through tough times. From storyboarding to acting, our dedicated crew has shown incredible passion and understanding of key mental health messages.<\/p>\n
The video can be found on the Glenelg Shire Youth Facebook page and distributed across school social media platforms.
