Comfort Inn The Lakes is among a select group of 20 hotels across Australia and New Zealand, to receive an accolade as a top-performing property for 2024, earning a prestigious Gold Award in recognition of its outstanding performance and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m ecstatic that we\u2019ve received the Gold Award,\u201d Tamara said. \u201cGuest satisfaction is something we\u2019ve been focused on and we\u2019ve implemented a number of strategies to boost the customer experience.<\/p>\n

More than half of the rooms have been recently refurbished, including all of the smaller standard rooms and a number of the family and spa rooms, with plans to continue this upgrade in the future.<\/p>\n
