THE art of cake decorating was featured in the Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery during the recent Taste Festival.<\/p>\n

Lauren Williams of Finding Joy \u2013 Cakes, demonstrated her art on cupcakes with an Easter theme.<\/p>\n

She discussed and showed about 20 visitors her skills and what ingredients, equipment and techniques were required. These included fondants, colouring methods, piping bags, edible glitter and chocolate sauces.<\/p>\n

It is the second year that the Gallery has supported the Taste Festival event in Naracoorte, with Im Dawson demonstrating fruit carving last year.<\/p>\n

Lauren chose to ice four different cupcakes which featured Easter eggs, rabbits, carrots, green grass and Easter wishes.<\/p>\n
