ON March 3, six classes from Mount Gambier High School participated in Clean up Australia Day across the school grounds and at the Mount Gambier Rail Lands.<\/p>\n
Students and teachers came together to contribute to this national initiative, focusing on environmental stewardship and community service. Armed with gloves and bags, the students enthusiastically collected litter and large, dumped trash items from along the rail lands track that runs behind the school.<\/p>\n
Mount Gambier High School teacher and Clean up Australia Day organiser Emma Robinson said she was incredibly proud of the students for their enthusiastic participation in Clean up Australia Day.<\/p>\n
