RESIDENTS in the Wattle Range Council area now have a powerful tool at their fingertips with the two-way integration of the Antenno app.<\/p>\n

Designed with the local community in mind, the App will now make it easier than ever for residents to stay informed and report local issues directly to council.<\/p>\n

Wattle Range Council CEO Ben Gower said residents can simply download the app and add places within Wattle Range Council to start receiving notifications about things that matter in the area and report issues affecting the community directly.<\/p>\n

From receiving alerts about bin collection changes and road closures to reporting a pothole, broken sign, or vandalism, the app provides a streamlined, modern way for locals to stay connected with what\u2019s happening around them.<\/p>\n

Mr Gower said the app is about giving people the right tools to help improve our community and council area.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhether it\u2019s a pothole on your street, a broken tap at the park, or a missing sign\u2014this app makes it easy for residents to let us know including uploading a photo and pinning a location,\u201d Mr Gower said.<\/p>\n

The \u201cReport It\u201d feature allows users to lodge \u2018non-urgent\u2019 issues officially, ensuring they\u2019re entered directly into Council systems for action. This helps Council respond efficiently, track problems, and better plan for future improvements.<\/p>\n

Additional issues residents can report include graffiti or vandalism, damage to community facilities nuisance animal issues and much more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to remind residents that if the issue they are reporting is a public safety concern, we still recommend that a call is made to council so it can be actioned immediately,\u201d Mr Gower said.<\/p>\n

The app also offers real-time alerts about events or disruptions that matter to residents, such as bin schedule changes or nearby roadworks.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t just about fixing things\u2014it\u2019s about creating a stronger connection between council and community,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The app is free, user-friendly, and built with the community in mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cAvailable on both iOS and Android, it\u2019s a smart step towards keeping the region clean, safe, and connected,\u201d Mr Gower said.<\/p>\n
