Real estate legend starts planning for retirement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elders Ltd (ASX:ELD) has announced the acquisition of Mount Gambier real estate business Frank Kaiser Property Management (Frank Kaiser) effective as of September 30 this year.<\/p>\n

Frank Kaiser has been operating in the Limestone Coast for more than 25 years, specialising in providing a quality property management service for both residential and commercial properties.<\/p>\n

Mr Kaiser (pictured above left with Elders\u2019 Brad Holman)will assist with transition for a period of months before eventually retiring and handing over the business to the existing Elders Real Estate Mount Gambier team, supported by eight staff members and led by office manager Naomi Kieselbach.<\/p>\n

Elders State General Manager \u2013 South Australia Bernard Seal said Elders would strengthen its presence in the Mount Gambier and surrounding region through this acquisition, to improve on the high level of localised service provided to clients in the area.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe team at Frank Kaiser are incredibly well-respected in the region and Elders is pleased to be trusted to bring them on-board to complement our existing business and invest further in the Limestone Coast region,\u201d Mr Seal said.<\/p>\n
