THE Mount Gambier Library caf\u00e9 will re-open later this month following an Expression of Interest process for a new operator undertaken in late 2025.<\/p>\n
Under the new name Chapter Seventy Two, the caf\u00e9 will be operate as a satellite site of the well-established Caf\u00e9 Seventy Two currently located in the Mount Gambier Central Shopping Centre.<\/p>\n
Opening officially on Thursday, January 29, Chapter Seventy Two will operate from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, offering coffee and other beverages, a wide range of fresh grab\u2013and\u2013go items, including sandwiches, wraps, rolls, grazing boxes, salads, fruit salads, slices and sweets and a range of gluten\u2013free options.<\/p>\n
Caf\u00e9 Seventy Two owner\/operator Charmaine Rees said she was excited to bring the same high\u2013quality food and service her customers know and love to the library space.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be opening Chapter Seventy Two and becoming part of the library community,\u201d Mrs Rees said.<\/p>\n

City of Mount Gambier CEO Paul Simpson welcomed the new operator to the site.<\/p>\n
