Mount Gambier Library is promoting the \u2018Australia Reads Reading Hour\u2019, a national day dedicated to sharing the joys of books, reading and stories, on Thursday, March 9, at 6pm. Perfect for families who can\u2019t make the Mount Gambier Library\u2019s weekday programs, this event is open for families of all ages.<\/p>\n
Children\u2019s and Youth Services Library Assistant Bek Coates (pictured) invites families to join the Mount Gambier Library as they host the Camp Out Read.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are encouraging adults and children to come in their pjs, dressing gowns or onesies and we will dim the lights in our Children\u2019s Cave\/ Yulangu Kanapinan,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The night will see families enjoying a Milo and biscuits as Mount Gambier Library staff read some of their favourite picture books.<\/p>\n
