MEMBER for Barker Tony Pasin has recognised winners of his 2026 Barker Easter Colouring Competition during a visit to Padthaway Primary School.<\/p>\n
The competition was open to children aged six years and under from childcare centres and early education providers across Barker.<\/p>\n
One of the winning artworks, submitted by George, was selected from entries received from across the electorate.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a pleasure to visit Padthaway Primary School and congratulate George on their wonderful Easter colouring-in entry,\u201d Mr Pasin said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere was a great response to this year\u2019s competition and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the creativity and effort that went into the entries.\u201d<\/p>\n
As part of the visit, Mr Pasin presented the winner with a prize and hosted an Easter party and Easter egg hunt for the children at the centre, along with morning tea for staff and parents.<\/p>\n
\u201cI wish all families across Barker a safe and happy Easter and hope this special time is enjoyed with loved ones,\u201d Mr Pasin said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI thank all the centres and families who took part in this year\u2019s competition and helped make it such a success.\u201d<\/p>\n
