The adjudicators said the girls had been taught very well and it was showing in their work on stage. The feedback also highlited that all items were age appropriate and the music and costumes were exquisite. The Tonique teams were branded very talented and showing a lot a potential with continued hard work recommended.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"534\" height=\"448\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/19.png 534w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/19-300x252.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 534px) 100vw, 534px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Sub Junior team (pictured above right) had great results winning the overall Sub Junior Aggregate. This young team finished with first places for Clubs, Rods, Aesthetics and Song &#038; Dance. They also received second place for March and third place for Freearm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/20.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"448\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/20.png 390w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/20-261x300.png 261w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Junior Competition team (pictured above left with coaches Tonya Allison &#038; Monique Gentile) competed and also had outstanding results. The Juniors finished the competition also winning the aggregate for their section by 10 points which is an amazing achievement. The Juniors were awarded first place for March, Freearm and Aesthetics and second place for Clubs, Rods &#038; Revue. \u201cThese girls have worked extremely hard since their first competition and this hard work has certainly paid off,\u201d coaches Monique and Tonya said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/10\/22.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"421\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/10\/22.png 565w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/10\/22-300x224.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tonique Studio also had both calisthenics and graceful solo students take the stage. They all did an amazing job and improved immensely from their previous competitions. The studio was awarded four first places, two third places, three honourable mentions and one highly commended place. Madison Green and Holly Allison won both their calisthenics and graceful solos. Two of the studio\u2019s solo students were also awarded special awards.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/24.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"390\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/24.png 506w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/11\/24-300x231.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Demi Gabrielli received the development award for the 9 &#038; 10 years graceful solo and Eden Stephenson was awarded the development award for the 8 &#038; 9 years calisthenics solo.
