Louise has created a strong team at RISE with highly trained and knowledgeable instructors including Sarah, Jodi and the newest addition Angela.<\/p>\n
The RISE team prides itself on empowering people to feel safe to move, strong and feeling like you love your body, complementing their expert knowledge with personability, kindness and a passion for inspiring movement within others.<\/p>\n
