Year 11 student grabs youth ambassador opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier this year Mount Gambier High School Year 11 student Jordan Harmer (pictured above left with former MGHS principal Garry Costello & MGHS alumni Sarah Dally at the ) was selected to participate in the 2023 Rural Youth Ambassadors program. This program provides young people within rural and remote communities the opportunity to develop their ambassadorial amplitude while strengthening their leadership skills and capacity.<\/p>\n

Jordan participated in his first forum in Adelaide at the end of last month over four days. He was involved in a series of different activities focused on rural communities. The main objective was to figure out where the key issues are and collaboratively figure out ways to fix them. There were also self-development programs and plenty of interesting motivational speeches. The next forum is scheduled for mid-August.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
