{"id":8040,"date":"2023-12-06T04:04:32","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T17:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/mtgambiertimes\/?p=8040"},"modified":"2023-12-05T16:26:54","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T05:26:54","slug":"dylan-marshall-commits-to-2024-season","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/mtgambiertimes\/sport\/dylan-marshall-commits-to-2024-season\/","title":{"rendered":"Dylan Marshall commits to 2024 season"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Castec Rural Pioneers are delighted to announce that Dylan Marshall will be returning for his second season as a Pioneer.<\/p>\n<p>At just 20, 188 cm guard, Marshall had a solid first season as a Pioneer this season and will commence his third season as an NBL1 player next year having played for the North Adelaide Rockets in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2023 competition Marshall averaged 8.88 points and 2.54 rebounds a game with almost 20 minutes court time each game.<\/p>\n<p>Head coach Richard Hill was delighted that Dylan was returning to the line-up in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to working with Dylan again next season,\u201d Hill said. \u201cHe is tough, hungry to succeed and talented.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe made great progress in his first season with us, and I expect that to continue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Castec Rural Pioneers and the OneFortyOne Pioneers will commence their 2024 NBL1 South campaigns in April next year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Castec Rural Pioneers are delighted to announce that Dylan Marshall will be returning for his second season as a Pioneer.
