Jan Juc continues to deliver some exceptional sales results in a somewhat tougher market overall.<\/p>\n

One Agency Surf Coast has sold 15 Castaway Crescent within 32 days on the market for a price that is believed to be well above the asking range of $4,850,000 – $5,150,000.<\/p>\n

There was solid interest from Melbourne and interstate but as such in the Jan Juc market, a residents’ haven, the enquiry was mostly from locals. So, it’s no surprise that a local family secured this private coastal oasis on one acre.<\/p>\n

Realestate.com shows that the average days on the market for sold listings in Jan Juc over the last six months was 50, so this is a significant result in what many call a retreating market.<\/p>\n

One Agency Director, Shaun O’Callaghan, said they achieved a huge marketing reach including being featured in the widely read The Design Files and Domain Prestige’s roundup of the ‘8 most luxury homes on the market’.<\/p>\n

“There were a lot of local people interested, local meaning a 30-kilometre radius of where we are, as well as some interstate interest and moderate Melbourne interest.<\/p>\n

“We are delighted for the current owners and buyers and wish both parties all the best for this next chapter.”<\/p>\n

This was the first time in 25 years the six-bedroom architect-designed home has been up for sale.<\/p>\n
