These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mini Gym \/ KinderGym Programs: These programs are for children ages 0-4 years old. They provide a fun and safe environment for children to explore, grow and learn basic gymnastics skills.<\/li>\n<li>Recreational Classes: These classes are for children ages 5+ years old. They offer a variety of activities, including tumbling, beam, bars, and floor.<\/li>\n<li>Cheer \/ Tumbling Classes: These classes are for children ages 7+ years old. They focus on teaching children the skills needed to cheer and tumble. Great team building program.<\/li>\n<li>Birthday Parties: SurfCoast Gymnastics is the perfect place for your child\u2019s next birthday party. From apparatus play to games and music it\u2019s sure to be a hit.<\/li>\n<li>Holiday Programs: SurfCoast Gymnastics offers holiday program sessions that are a great way for children to stay active and have fun during the school holidays. Available to non members.<\/li>\n<li>Sunday FUNday: This is an\u00a0open play day for all ages to explore our space. Floor circuit, music, arts + crafts, face painting and more &#8211; it\u2019s the perfect Sunday activity for the kids. Open every Sunday during winter.<\/li>\n<li>Gym &amp; Movie Nights: These monthly sessions is the perfect Friday night event. Ages 5+.
