AN EXPERIENCED local plumbing duo has taken over the reins of one of the Surf Coast’s most popular plumbing businesses.<\/p>\n

Ten-year industry veterans Hugh Clarke and Tom Turner are the new owners of A-Z Plumbing after purchasing the business from recently retired founders Noel and Janet Foster.<\/p>\n

Since 1999, A-Z Plumbing has served the Surf Coast region as a small, honest, fair and successful local plumbing service.<\/p>\n

Its new owners are committed to continuing on Noel and Janet’s legacy and ensuring every customer has advice, options and alternatives which suit their plumbing needs and budget.<\/p>\n

Whether it be a leaking tap, blocked drain, hot water replacement, roof leak, or kitchen and bathroom renovation assistance, A-Z Plumbing guarantee the issue is always solved within the day.<\/p>\n

Having both come from a mix of domestic and commercial plumbing backgrounds, co-owner Hugh Clarke said it was exciting to take on this new venture.<\/p>\n

“It’s reputation certainly drew us to the business. It’s been around a long time.<\/p>\n

“We met Janet and Noel earlier in the year and they were really genuine people, so we were really drawn to it!<\/p>\n

“They’ve had it for 25 years, and they’ve put their blood, sweat and tears into it all.<\/p>\n

“It’s a great opportunity for both of us to branch out of Geelong and Melbourne where we were previously working.<\/p>\n

“We hope to really carry on its success and if we can do it just as well or better than Noel and Janet, then ever better.”<\/p>\n

The duo has retained all previous staff and are looking forward to developing both pre-existing and new client relationships all over the Surf Coast.<\/p>\n

“One of the main things for us will be making sure it’s a really seamless transition for all the employers in the business.<\/p>\n

“To keep all these guys who have been here for over 15 years is invaluable. They know all the houses and all the clients personally.<\/p>\n

“They all live locally, and know the business and plumbing like the back of their hand.<\/p>\n

“Secondary to that, we want to make sure our clients feel like nothing has changed.<\/p>\n

“We want them to continue to be happy with the service being provided.”<\/p>\n

The team are also willing to take jobs in Geelong if time permits.<\/p>\n
