Mr Lynott said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Most of the guests that went to that were from Victoria went to that retreat and we all decided to do Afterglow as our reunion basically.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve also cycled to Victoria from the blue mountains as well.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Initial reaction after winning was super special because I had a bunch of friends at the finish line, so I pretty much ran into their arms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a lot of fun out there and I was also quite tired after pushing myself.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_121857\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-121857\" style=\"width: 268px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121857 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/11\/A7R8406-scaled.jpg?_t=1700690704\" alt=\"\" width=\"268\" height=\"402\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-121857\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Miyuki Masuda and Caroline Overbeek ready to go pre-run.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otis Jones (51.33 \u2013 male 13km), Amy Trotter (1.11.41 \u2013 female 13km), Adam Conquest (17.06 \u2013 male 5km), and Rori Reyntjes (21.20 \u2013 female 5km) all secured category wins as well.<\/p>\n<p>For full results head to tomatotiming.racetecresults.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE Surf Coast was saturated with fluorescent colours over the weekend for the return of one of the region&#8217;s marquee fun runs.
