Highlights include locally provided southern rock lobster from Apollo Bay Fishermen\u2019s Co-Op, Portarlington mussels and an array of foraged ingredients from land and sea.<\/p>\n<p>The Seafood Degustation will see the head of wine and sommelier, Matt Skinner, partner with Robin Brockett, Scotchmans Hill Winery head winemaker to deliver a selection of hand-crafted wine to match the dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>This exclusive dining experience is one not to miss.
