\u201cNo-one really offers that down here; it\u2019s quite popular in LA with the likes of Soul Cycle.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe offer some really great group fitness classes, especially spin, offering both rhythm and power based formats.<\/p>\n

\u201cImagine going to a fitness class that specializes in your favourite type of exercise, which blends a couple of kinds of exercise that you love into one, surrounded by people in a social environment where people know you.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe space itself is attractive and upscale. They\u2019re playing motivating music, and for an hour, you\u2019re pushed to your limits in a unique blend of fun, intensity, and camaraderie. The boutique experience is intimate. It\u2019s trendy and fun. You finish the class feeling like you performed at your peak and can carry that exercise high with you for the rest of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n
