With more than 20 years in the industry, Michelle has successfully worked with thousands of athletes from grassroots to elite performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Michelle founded Team Hemley Training in 2012, which has gone from a single Junior Triathlon Program with eight participants, to a company that now works with over 500 clients each week through their athlete, club and school academy programs.<\/p>\n

Team Hemley now provides a range of services in the Surf Coast area including a swim school and squads, triathlon coaching, run groups, coach education, youth athlete classes, club academies and specialist schools programs.<\/p>\n

Passionate about active lifestyles, Michelle is a former elite athlete who met her husband Dale when they were both competing at the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon World Championships.<\/p>\n

After growing up in Perth and living in Queensland for three years, Michelle is now proud to call Torquay home where she is living her childhood dream of a house by the beach.<\/p>\n
