We thought \u2018uh oh, we might have a problem here\u2019,\u201d Bruce said. But they found a simple alternative that helped them remain in the new home they loved.<\/p>\n<p>The couple had a Compact Home Lift installed, and they haven\u2019t looked back.<\/p>\n<p>Compact Home Lifts is helping people stay in their own homes for longer with a range of space saving and economic residential elevators that can be fitted anywhere in the home.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can choose between the basic model, which fits two people, or a larger lift designed to accommodate a wheelchair.<\/p>\n<p>Bruce says getting the lift was like moving into a new home because of the benefits it brought.<\/p>\n<p>He and Margaret soon found themselves the envy of friends who had already moved out of their homes.<\/p>\n<p>Compact Home Lifts\u2019 Daniel Mawson said investing in an elevator from Compact Home Lifts was not only convenient, it also made good financial sense because it was cost-effective compared to moving house and can add value to a property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe found that basic stamp duty alone on a property for $800,000 in Victoria is over $37,000.
