A clearance rate of 62 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 64 per cent last week and 76 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 441 auctions reported to the REIV, with 272 selling and 169 being passed in, 78 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

More than 3,500 homes went into auction last month, the highest number ever recorded for the month of June.<\/p>\n
