Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Germanchis said diners could expect a night of nostalgia, laughter and great food and wine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was thrilled Graham [Jeffries] approached me for this one. It&#8217;s worked out really organically.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will bring back some of the old favourites like octopus and plenty of seafood, and reuniting with the feel of how it all was down there in Anglesea.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t wait to get back behind the stoves again. Photo: NATHAN RIVALLAND<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Captain Moonlite was based in the Anglesea SLSC clubhouse and was lauded for its delicious and fresh cuisine and beautiful waterfront views.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Germanchis and the team were finalists in Regional Restaurant of the Year during their time in Anglesea and also won several chef&#8217;s hats.<\/p>\n<p>They also operated a fish and chip store next to IGA in central Anglesea.<\/p>\n<p>The Captain Moonlite pop-up event sold out in an hour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/09\/Screenshot_10-9-2024_25719.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Restaurant-goers can expect plenty of delicious seafood. It&#8217;s unique and a great way of giving back.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If I can fill the restaurant for the night and help the cause, it&#8217;s a win for everyone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Samesyn owner Graham Jeffries said he was thrilled to have Captain Moonlite in for a night.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s super-exciting!
