Expressions of interest in the site of nearly 20,000 square metres through commercial real estate agency Darcy Jarman are now open, but no price is listed.<\/p>\n
According to the listing, potential purchasers are invited to \u201cbuy today\u2026 imagine the future\u201d with a \u201cversatile and adaptable\u201d space with \u201cunique possibilities\/options\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Industrial 3-zoned site features a two-level commercial building that is 6,529 square metres in size, and \u201cextensive onsite parking\u201d of at least 175 car spaces.<\/p>\n
Vacant possession is available from October 2021, and the site has \u201csignificant holding income\u201d of $1.639 million (net) per annum.<\/p>\n
