\u201cYou can\u2019t beat experience in this age of TV shows like The Block and flat packs from Bunnings and Ikea. They (clients) try and put something together and then we get called upon when it gets too hard,\u201d John said. \u201cWe do see a lot of that, if you\u2019re getting a flat pack kitchen and you\u2019re trying to put it all together yourself, you might get it cheaper but if you come to us to get a quote we could match it, you never know.\u201d<\/p>\n

I manage all aspects of the work from start to finish, which includes liaising with clients, other trades, and delegating to other experienced, talented team members. \u201cAll the boys are very polite to customers, we set a high standard with our dress code, we like to look the part in uniform. It\u2019s very important to me that they\u2019re all like that; we have good looking motor vehicles out there and we\u2019re being seen.\u201d<\/p>\n
