Some know it as the old Mexican restaurant, few will remember it surviving the fires in 1940, but nowadays it is well and truly recognised as the home of Nelson Mortgages and Financial.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re proud of the Nelson office\u2019s rich history on the Surf Coast community, which was why when we renovated it, we maintained all of its original charm and features, it makes sense for us to be in the middle of town and accessible to everyone,\u201d Paul Nelson says.<\/p>\n

Over the last 12 years, Paul and Nicole Nelson have been helping local families, couples, investors and retirees to feel in control of their financial future.<\/p>\n

After over 15 years in the mortgage industry and working with major banks, and with a genuine passion for education, Paul wanted to do things a little differently.<\/p>\n

And, it\u2019s that genuine desire to help and to create long-lasting relationships that continues to set Nelson Mortgages apart.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile a lot of our clients come to us to tackle a milestone event, like a new home or renovation or investment property to kick off their wealth creation, our focus is on support and education over the entire journey or even lifetime.<\/p>\n

Using a live interactive TV, Paul takes each client through their own scenario.<\/p>\n
