LOCAL businesses can get access to free professional assistance from the Victorian government’s Small Business Bus at Lorne.<\/p>\n

The bus will be located at the Lorne Visitor Information Centre on February 27.<\/p>\n

Expert advisers from the Monarch Institute are available to help develop business ideas, discuss key issues and set business plans.<\/p>\n

Surf Coast Shire councillor Leon Walker said the bus’s visit offered an exciting opportunity for the local community.<\/p>\n

“Starting and running a business is challenging, and any chance to gain some free expert advice that might help your business succeed is valuable.<\/p>\n

“Small businesses are such an important part of our local economy and community. We want to see all Surf Coast businesses thriving.<\/p>\n

“Thank you to Business Victoria for making this resource available.”<\/p>\n

Sessions will be 45 minutes in length and all discussions are confidential.<\/p>\n

The bus will be located in the Lorne Visitor Information Centre car park from 10am to 4pm.<\/p>\n

Limited spots are available, and bookings are essential.<\/p>\n
