GEELONG’S Lawson Humphries was among the Indigenous All-Stars\u2019 best players in their AFL pre-season win against Fremantle in Perth on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The young Cats defender received one vote in the Polly Farmer Medal count, with North Melbourne midfielder Jy Simpkin the winner on 11.<\/p>\n

Lawson\u2019s vote came from Hawthorn premiership great Shaun Burgoyne.<\/p>\n

Geelong forward Tyson Stengle kicked a goal in the opening quarter for the All Stars.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The All Stars defeated the Dockers 16.12 (108) to 9.11 (65) at Optus Stadium, with Humphries collecting 20 disposals; nine kicks and 11 handballs.<\/p>\n

He led the All Stars for disposals at half-time with 13.<\/p>\n

Fellow Geelong representative Tyson Stengle kicked a set-shot goal from the boundary in the first quarter.<\/p>\n
